Liam O'Brien is a practising visual artist and art installer. Liam is currently Exhibitions Officer at the Institute of Modern Art (IMA), Brisbane, where he coordinates the technical aspects of the exhibition delivery.

Liam completed a Bachelor of Photography with Honours (1st Class) at Griffith University in 2010, after commencing a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media at Griffith University.

He has previously worked as part of the installation team at Griffith University Art Gallery, QUT Art Museum, University of Queensland Art Museum, and Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art.
